We are excited to welcome Paul Pearce to the SESA committee as our new Treasurer!
Paul holds bachelor’s degrees in mechatronic engineering and mathematical and computer sciences, and postgraduate qualifications in defence industry leadership, nuclear engineering and military systems integration. Paul has worked in naval submarine engineering for nearly twenty years, principally at the front end of major programs, including the replacement of the Royal Australian Navy’s Collins Class submarines. Paul is a Chartered Professional Engineer and has held senior engineering leadership and management positions in industry and as a government representative.
For more than a decade, Paul has written about the practice of systems engineering and contributed to a range of technical papers and publications, including the INCOSE SE Vision 2035. In the community, Paul volunteers as the chairperson of the governing council at his local primary school and is a registered speaker with Business in Schools.
