DESCRIPTION:Join our Victoria branch to hear from Dr Ray Misa on lessons learnt from large projects. Ray is a Human Factors (HF) expert with diverse experience in consulting\, design\, and assurance\, and he has supported transport\, infrastructure\, and safety projects for over 17 years. He has spent most of this time delivering Human Factors Integration (HFI) across the project lifecycle. He has been engaged in advisory and verifier roles\, ISA assessments\, and improvement/innovation projects.
