The SESA Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2009 is being held on Wednesday 23rd September 2009, in the auditorium of:

The AGM will commence at 5.00 p.m. and go to 6.30 p.m, followed by drinks and nibbles. If you are unable to attend the AGM and would like to ring in, we will have a teleconference facility. We recommend that members try to gather at their sites to conference call in. The dial-in details are shown in the table below.

Election of Office Bearers
SESA members may vote in one of two ways; in-person or on-line.
In person voting will require attendance at the SESA AGM to be held from 5.00pm to 6.30pm on Wednesday 23 September 2009, at Engineering House, Barton ACT.
On-line voting may be carried out via email from 12.00pm on 8th September until 5.00pm on 23rd September. The procedure for voting is described at the end of the Notice of Election of office Bearers .
