Roger McCowan is responsible for the production and distribution of the SESA Newsletter, which is scheduled for publication in February, June, and October of each year. While SESA does not publish a regular journal, the SESA Newsletter is used as the medium for publication of a variety of papers relating to Systems Engineering.
Roger McCowan is a Principal Systems Engineer with Kellogg Brown & Root Pty Ltd, and is a foundation member of SESA. |
