The National Treasurer is responsible for management of SESA funds and bank accounts. Responsibilities include payment of invoices, deposit moneys received, reconciliations of records with accounts, auditing of accounts and publication of the SESA Financial Management Plan. Outputs include reports for each National Executive meetings & AGM, provision of data to external Auditors, Publishing external Auditors Report and Publication of a Financial Management Plan. Ian is the Engineering Manager for the SMCSPO. |
